Dear Families,

If you reside out of the Jennings Randolph School district, you must complete and submit this form each school year. 
Approval is granted based on class space, student behavior and student attendance (late arrivals, early pickups and absences). 
Your child will not be placed on a class list if approval is not received.   

You may email your form to:  rmchenow@k12.wv.us. (Ms. Chenoweth, Principal). 
You can also mail it to Jennings Randolph Elementary School, drop it off at the school, or drop it off at the Randolph County Board of Education.
